Our business of selling over 100 tons of select Wisconsin Cheese each year is a family tradition. The aging and curing of cheese is an art - as you can detect by the mellow and creamy taste of excellence. It began back in the '30s when the factory was in operation at Humbird, Wisconsin between Tomah and Eau Claire on Highway 12.
